I am familiar with big guys on Thundersplace and PEGYM who report your kind of girth at the base but I have seen no guy there report that kind of girth naturally with no penis exercises at mid shaft.

Generally, those measurements you mentioned at mid shaft are after years of girth exercises that increase girth in diligent penis enlargement.

I havent posted in a while but I too had 16+ centimeter girth at midline but now have 13.
