I would advise booking an appointment with a pelvic physiotherapist and ruling out pelvic floor issues. A lot of the symptoms you're describing sound similar to CPPS
29 years old. ED caused by CPPS/HF-like symptoms since coming off antidepressants in 2012. Taking Cialis 5mg every other day and undergoing pelvic floor physiotherapy.

Full erections dont come with masturbation only when im on my back do i get a somewhat decent erection but even then its not the same i cant maintain it and its nowhere near as full. Ive lost all my libido and sex drive i can go weeks without masturbating. Ejaculation volume has severely decreased. Ive lost sensitivity nowhere near as sensitive. Never get aroused or feel turned on even for a second. I never get spotaneous or random erections any more and this has been like this for years now. My penis seems to be getting smaller and thinner nothing what it was like before it actually looks unhealthy. I get nighttime and morning wood. But these are not very hard just sort of semi like bendy and weird feeling ones. Soon as i get up it instantly goes down.

Ok so since 3 years ive had 2 dopplers, 2 mris and all bloods testosterone tested. Only one doppler showed venous leak but the repeat showed im normal. Ive been examined also with 3 different doctors all said im normal. Finally Now im with professor Ralph and he has also said my problem is 100 percent psychological. This is all through the NHS.

OK so for 2 years ive been with a sexual and clinical psychologist and she has told me my problem is 100 percent psychological. Ive told her all my symptoms what i go through with it down to thr tiniest details. She has assured me my problem is definately 100 percent psych and it will be completely reversed.

I have been diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress disorder due to my childhood. And to cure my ED I need to due this EMDR therapy. I keep sort of resisting beacuse i jusy keep thinking at least some of this is physical. But she keeps assuring me that once i get through my trauma this will be completely cured. She has cured men of this in thr past. My question is is it at all possible that this can be cured and reversed completely? I see zero evidence of this anywhere. Please someone help because i really cant go on like this much longer. Im 37 years old and my life is over

I'm in the same boat, 4 years of ED... they say my testosterone is fine, my doppler is fine, (i did have a heart attack at 38 and I did smoke for 16 years but I've quit four years ago since the heart attack)... long story short, I don't smoke now, don't eat fast food, or party anymore... and viagra and cialis, although they sorta work, give me migraines so bad they' defeat the purpose.....

So I don't know what to do anymore either.... considering implant and looking into this penile stent idea but very little information available on it... If there is a blockage of blood flow the stent could theoretically restore bloodflow? I don't know.

I have many of the same issues you mentioned: Never get spontaneous erections anymore, morning erection is soft, soon as I stand it goes away, my tests don't show anything ... so fast forward, I'm burned out after 4 years of this and my g/f and I are breaking up now, we both hung in as long as we could.

I don't think your problem is psychological. It's -something-, its just the medical community sucks.... hang in there, do some research and maybe consider an implant? idk what to tell you either, same boat... Going to look into something surgical at this point... and try to save the rest of my 40s..... before I get any older.

I sure hope one of these days these doctors stop "practicing" medicine and actually discover WTH is actually going on with all of us!

When you have 20 and 30 y.o.'s with ED, I would say something physical is going on. I know mine started "out of the blue", and got worse over a couple months. How do you go from getting a hard-on when the wind blows, to not being able to get one, or if you do you lose it at the slightest distraction? Something is physically going on here!
Retired 65 y.o. Married. Moderate ED since 2019. Use constriction band ocassionately to help maintain erection, or Cialis/Viagra. Nocturnal/morning erections returning with VED usage. Lower libido than before.
