Thanks, fellas for posting. It helps to know that it's not just me.. I added caverject because trimix is only available in very few places where I live now. Arghh, trimix is much less expensive however makes you more suseptable scarring and priapism. Fact is I have light copd so much morevtthan 30 minutes is unlikely. So yes the ability to elaculate within that time is necessary. I too have difficulty acheiving this about half the time and end up frustrated and searching for a solution. I have found that, that solution does have a tendency to to desensatize the penis, but am learning to tighten the kegel (crural muscles) adds rigidity to the glans and corpora which increases sensativity. Also a slight pressure like starting to pee also increases glans pressure. Sounds complicated but works. Just takes a little practice. Casualty of circumcision is costly.
