Kaspar2501 wrote:Just to clarify; the photo shows it NOT pumped up. The place where the bend starts feels like the end of the cylinder. He's told me that he used different length cylinders on eithe side of the shaft. He has done hundreds of implants, exclusively, in a large urban practice, examined me twice before the implant, and did not note any abnormalities - because there were none. I should know, right? I've been using it for nearly 70 yrs. He's been stringing me along for over a year, since 2/21 with the "it'll get better" routine. He's retiring so he may be training his PA to do the implants. During the revision, they moved the bulb and rerouted the tubing because they were misplaced, still defending his decision to use different cylinders.

Well, I may have been too harshly judging on his attitude. I don't know how long ago the surgery was (Did you specify?).

I have heard of implants that could not be placed all the way into the glans (at the end of the tunica albuginea where most go) because of scar tissue, congenital/birth anomalies, etc. Odd such would not be mentioned in the operating report, but not particularly alarming.

It is not uncommon to have anomalies with an implant (particularly length/shortening) resolve themselves after some time has passed. Sometimes months.

When you inflate, does your penis straighten? To a usable extent? Picture would help. A kink like that when uninflated, even it never goes away might be a non-issue for you. An issue for other men.

Please don't take my (heated) advice to cause you to burn any bridges with your primary surgeon.

A frank talk with your Patient Liaison just asking his/her opinion should not hurt.

Kaspar2501 wrote:Unsuccessful revision. Implant surgery left me with a crooked dick. Dr. kept stalling for a year-and-a-half saying it would straighten up or that I wasn't using it enough. I finally opted for revision surgery and here's what I got. Straightens out and works OK, but still rolls over and leans left. Dr. says I'll just have to live with it. I think his PA may have done revision and/or implant. Photo shows immediately after revision; stitches still in.

This is what I posted about in another thread and we started.

I've been describing what I look like fully deflated for years. Your picture looks very similar. My doc told me that was normal bent it back and said there it's straight. I've been told by other doctors a simply revision won't work. I need a complete rebuild. Guess that's right

Kaspar who was your surgeon? I know some guys don't want to name and shame but the doctor who implanted you sounds like one to avoid.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

I have the exact same issue with my titan. I’m in the midst of a second opinion because peeing around the corner is quickly becoming a nightmare.

Is it cause it's bend to the side like in the picture when flaccid?

I wish more people posted pics of flaccid look. I've read in most cases it bends to the side but didn't know what that looks like until I saw this pic. What does it look like with a few pumps in?

Nuance, I’m about 11 weeks out and mine has been perfectly straight from day one. Took 5-6 weeks to be able to totally deflate where it would actually hang down any without underwear holding it that way. I prefer 3-4 pumps as it feels more natural that way. When fully deflated it is very flat and looks flat. Also dog ears get irritating with no fluid in it. With 4 pumps it looks pretty much like a natural shower with the exception that it stands out about 4:30-5 o’clock.

rider1400, can you keep it in your underwear pointed upwards? I can't stand the hanging penis
