I'm not even sure that my parents or other relatives had/have varicose diseases or smth like that, so yeah it's weird. Still gotta dig into that, but now my university exams kinda disturb me from that. Medical education spares no one :?

With a body like that I can't imagine that you have serious vein disease. In fact I can't even see you, but knowing your age and body size I am very doubtful that you have a physical defect. You probably heard me say that before, but I am very confident. If you're local we could always meet IRL

Hello, I have an update, seems like my situation worsens, but I have a very very strange positivity about that. Just like I put up with my faith and now just let it be, this thing isn't something I can control, so if I will have a need for implant, I'll have to get it. I just noticed that even on my 5mg Tadalafil therapy my erection is becoming more weak and I've got a new feeling of discomfort even if I'm on my max arousal like when your D isn't hard enough to make you feel 100% of feelings. Also rigidity is more unstable even in my sitting position now and it is unbelievable, I should say, that VL can worsen that fast. Now I just think about how soon I should look for an implant. Probably now I should do more research about it and one of my questions is will your glans get hard when you have an implant or will it be flaccid forever after that. If the second, then I don't understand how people can get satisfaction or ejaculate with their glans being soft...

Unfortunately, I'm not local, I'm from Siberian city Novosibirsk in Russia xd and trying my best in using my English skills, I guess it's a pretty good practice to write here xd

Your English is great, there are no problems understanding you. To answer your question about the glans, they engorge as much after implant as they do before implant. When I have sex with my implant and want to have the best engorgement possible, I'll either a) take Viagra/Cialis or b) use a cock ring (Eddy by giddy). When combining both a and b, I get an incredible engorged shaft and glans that feels so good to have sex, knowing it will never go flacid
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Thank you! I appreciate that. So, does it mean that if I had lost the possibility to have my glans hard due to VL, it won't be fixed after implantation? :? Doesn't implant make something with the leakage of blood from the glans by itself? I thought it can apply a pressure on the dorsal vein or something like this... Do you have VL as well? It will be a pretty bad news for me, if I won't be able to have decent feelings during sex without ring or pills ;(
22 y.o. Chronic pelvic pain i guess and VL after COVID. May-Thurner syndrome? Venous insufficiency? idk...

The implant only makes the shaft of your dick hard, it doesn't have anything to do with the glans at all. I do have VL which is the cause of my ED. It's not 100% perfect like a normal functioning penis, but the implant + Viagra is a lot better than being flacid and impotent for the rest of your life.

Also I'm sure there are people who have sex with the implant without pills or ring too. I just prefer to use them to make sex feel better for me

The interesting thing is that now I have problems only with my glans. For some reason, the shaft, even part that is close to glans, is not really affected, so I'm curious if I will be able to make something with glans after implantation, will it be easier to fix it, because now I can feel some deterioration in feelings during masturbation if my glans isn't hard enough
