I have surveyed the Glans Engorgement topic in this Forum and find scattered posts in the past concerning it including various ways of addressing it if it is a problem.

My question to the brothers "is there interest in coalescing potential solutions to support those who find it a problem". I personally have tried several methods and have read about more.

So please weigh in if you have interested and, if a large enough number, we can start a thread.

I got a silicone based filler done and now my glans always look like I just used a VED

I use a VED with a ring and it works perfect with great engorgement of the glans and shaft.Pump my implant up first then use the VED!

Supposed to be permanent. I’ve talked to other customers and they conquered that it was indeed permanent for them.

Well if we could please go back to my question about who is interested in a thread of the brothers sharing their experiences or stuff they've read about.

I'll start.

I have tried the following with varying degrees of success:

Daily Cialis -- I take it but not sure if it helps

Trimix gel -- really works when I use it like this: first I pull the syringe plunger quite a ways back. Then I inject the gel into the syringe from the clicker tube it comes in. Then, in contrast to the slow injections I did with needle syringes, I shoot it fast into the urethra -- the air behind the gel gives it an extra push deeper than without the air. Using this method vs a slow injection of only the gel results in me having very little spillage of gel back out, though I still squeeze the glans for awhile for extra protection. It also gets it deeper into the urethra which seems to help the effect of glans engorgement. The scrip says use .05ml per dose. Since I had become so tolerant of Trimix, I used .04ml, then the next time I used .03ml -- both worked so next time I will try the recommended dose of .02ml. At $165 per tube of .2ml, I only get about 5 doses = $35 per dose = way expensive!!

Misoprostal -- this is basically PGE like the gel ,but it comes in pill form -- 200mcg. So the process of preparing it for insertion into the urethra is a bit tricky. Essentially with an eye dropper put about 1ml of water -- sterilized or biostatic -- in a test tube -- then drop the pill in the water -- it dissolves pretty much on its own. You may have to add another 1ml of water to get a slurry suitable for injection in a Trimix gel type of snub nose injector. Then inject that into the urethra. A bit complex, yes but the good part is that the pills are about a buck or two each. I have so far just hacked around with it -- didn't have the proper "equipment" -- but seemed to be be working and now I have the equipment and will be giving it a serious try -- will post results in this thread.

Of course Trimix gel and Misoprostal require scripts -- my PC did both for me though he said he was going out on a limb with the Misoprostal...had to twist his arm. But I sent him this study and it helped with my request. https://patents.justia.com/patent/6589990

RIngs -- have tried these but don't get much benefit and the 20 minute limit doesn't work with my unpredictably timely wife.

So those are some of my trials. When they engorge my glans, I have a much better chance of O, and it seems better for her too.

Please add your own trials or what you've read about or just your opinions -- all are welcome!

I asked dr Eid about the glans not getting engorged? He said they had a filler but would be expensive because it would eventually wane back. Then he said to could use the Cialis regimen which I did. Also said I can use the VED after I pumped it up. I don’t like the ring but it sure keeps the glans like Jim says.


Now I use the vacuum, but my wife hates waiting.
Thread would be informational and would be a benefit to all.

MARKOS2018, yet implantologists say that if your glans swelled before it must swell after installing the implant, did it swell before you?

Interesting. I was also told it would dissipate in a couple of months and I think even Perrito didn't think it was worth looking at cost compared to timeframe.

I did HA filler in my shaft and it looks good but the Doc would not do the glans.
