I've been using phentolamine for many years and it still works, no tolerance in my case. Until recently, it was an approved ED treatment in Brazil and I ordered two Brazilian brands (Vigamed, Vasoviril). Now I order from China via Oliver Deng.
Yes, I tried terazosin, alfuzosin and other but nothing worked for me. Who knows, maybe because phentolamine is a nonselective inhibitor, whereas the others only block type 1 receptors.
