Every single old man has felt that way when they were young. :Nobody understands me". Yes we do understand you perfectly well. We've ALL been in similar situations where a problem seemed monumental. Age has shown us just how wrong we were as young men. Part of maturing is learning just how wrong our thinking was in our youth.

I suggest you read Minnesota#2's journal, he is 27 years old and making very good use of his implant. He and I had our surgeries on the same day and nearly the same hour, we began comparing our recoveries and found they were remarkably similar even with a 50 year age difference. An implant is not a perfect replacement for a natural erection. It requires some adjustments and adaptations as do all ED treatments. I’m guessing that you didn’t have stimulated natural erections before implant. So how did you handle this same situation before implant?
1. Accept the BJ soft, then feel humiliated when your partner quits in frustration?
2. Whip out your VED to quickly pump up and install a ring then proceed?
3. Say hold that though while I pop some pills and wait for them to kick in?
4. Say hold that thought while you run for privacy to inject your dick?

My point is, none of the ED treatments can completely replicate a healthy natural erection response to a surprise BJ. However, IMO an implant is the best option for spontaneous sex comparing it to the other ED treatments available. After cycling is mastered, you only need 45 seconds or less to pump up to an enjoyable BJ firmness.

With a regular partner, this really becomes a trivial issue. But if discretion is priority. there must be 50 ways to distract your lover to buy time to stealth in some pumps beforehand.
