It does get easier to manage over time but will always be harder and bigger than an unimplanted dick. I'd recommend trying different types of tighter underwear to get it more under control. Also if your implanted sick points a certain direction in your underwear, a cell phone in the pants pocket it's pointing towards can help conceal the shape of it.

That is normal if you are worried about showing a bulge. My pre-implant bulge was nothing, and I mean nothing. It did take some time to adjust myself to the new look. I was self-conscience about it, but guess what? No one else was. Very few people will stare at your crotch much less notice anything on a glance.
I will say my wife likes how my bulge looks in my underwear. As far as I know only once have I caught a female checking out my package, an MRI tech who knew it was there. Guess she was curious but afraid to ask.

I assume there will be some reduction as I heal, but I was a grower, not a shower and with the addition of the cylinders... it's quite the opposite, there is a notable bulge in the front of my pants. I don't feel any shame or concern with it. Someone wants to stare that's their issue not mine, not like I'm flopping it out in public.

Really don’t understand how this topic derailed into a bulge discussion… I am worried that this thing will never truly deflate and so far my only option has been to wear a jock strap since it wants to be at 3:00 jeans hurt but I imagine like a few have mentioned it will soften up a bit in time … I didn’t have the luxury of a DR that seemed to give a shit about keeping me as close to my original build and so I’m dealing with that…. This forum (for the most part) is far more informative and helpful than my DR or office and I thank you for it!
