Get a good cycling regimen going and pump it Untill it aches and hol that as long as you can.Strething the tissue out will gain any lost size back!Good luck and congrats!Love mine!

Looking forward to gaining some size back. My swelling is all but gone at this point. My girth is @ a solid 6 now. But looking forward to gaining some length back. if I can sit @ 6x6 I'll be satisfied and so will the wife.
