I don’t have an implant but did try the urethra gel but unsuccessful I’m afraid. It could be I didn’t get the gel deeper inside my penis it seemed to come back out too quickly for it to work.

Maybe off direct subject but I’ve been using 5mg daily cialis and usually 15-20 on days I’ll be having sex. Works great for me. First 4 months after implant I wasn’t getting much ingorgment but since I started using cialis I get a full round dick and as much mushroom as I ever got with injections. Feels pretty much like it did way back in my younger years except a little harder.
