My biggest fear as welll. I go in next Friday for Phallofill. Praying to God they don’t poke a hole in my implant and ruin my life. I shouldn’t gamble with this and I’m happy with what I have. Just always want more! Go big or go home??

My understanding is that the Urogill/Phallofill is injected under the skin, the cylinders are deeper. It's almost like trying to put a cream on your skin and expecting it to absorb into the cylinders.

That's my understanding, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can chime in.

Keep us updated with your results.

With due respect, Dr Casavantes(AvantiDerma) pioneered Dermal fillers in the penis. Phalloboards forum has a whole treasure of case details and current doctors offering now.
Lots of before and after images too including yours truly.

I asked Dr.C if the implant and PMMA fillers can coexist a few years ago. He replied to me in the forum. He had patients with IPP who got fillers. Also patients with fillers who later got IPP.

These fillers are caller dermal filler for a reason and most if not all now use a blunt cannula to inject it. So the risk of puncturing the cylinders is close to zero. Still a good idea to get clearance from your implant surgeon if you are getting filler from a different doctor.

Lot of fillers doctors are not urologist..usually dermatologist who stumbled upon an off label use of dermal fillers and a lucrative patient base.

Glad to see that lot of implant surgeons now have started fillers.

Just make sure you don't get P shot ever if you have an implant.

Ill add to this. After extensive due diligence, I regard Avanti Derma as being like the Dr. Eid of filler world. They pioneered a lot of the field.

I have an upcoming appointment with them in September for a semi-permanent filler. I will let everyone know how it goes.

That being said, Dr. Hakky would be my go-to in the US if you want to try a non-perm filler like HA first. Unfortunately he doesnt offer the perm filles I'm interested in (alhtough he does offer a permanent fat filler, which can be a good idea for some guys). In summary I'd recommend getting HA filler with Hakky or another reputable US group, and/or go to Avanti Derma for the permanent.

As for puncturing the implant, Dr. Hakky also uses a blunt-tip canula. He told me that it would be near impossible to puncture the implant with that instrument. Therefore, I'm comfortable with any sound practice that uses a blunt tip canula. There are, howeveer, some filler practices that just use a straight up needle - I'd personally be wary of those.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

She said she typically just used a needle but could use a blunt tipped capula if she can find one the same size as her needle. I told her I trust her and it’s fine if she can do it with the needle…but after reading more and more. I think I may make her use the blunt tipped canula…I’m just nervous if she uses something she’s not used to using that it will be botched. Stuff isn’t cheap! And she’s the only one within driving distance for this….

I’m thinking if she can’t used the blunt tip thing then it’s just a sign I should be happy with what I have.

when you say "she", are you referring to the phallophill doctor or dr. morales at Avanti Derma? I'm guessing the former and just want to be sure.

why only go somewhere that is driving distance?

Yes the doctor from downthereurology of Chicago that is Phallofill certified but never done one on a guy with an implant somehow. And because I’m not rich so multiple plane tickets just isn’t in my budget…nor is $6000 worth of dick enlarging filler that lasts only a couple yrs. So trying to save any dollar I can…

I had filler done by my implant surgeon. He said he injects the filler not as deep to prevent harming the implant.

I am due for a refresh but no issues with the filler or the implant.
