I've never found any precise info about actual girth change of flaccid/inflated implanted penis, everyone talks about the length but not the girth. I am worried that if i become even thinner after an implant, it'd be pretty ridiculous :/
For guys on the thinner side, they tend to stay the same or gain girth. I'm about the same size as you girth-wise and I gained a little bit. Pics of the measurements before/after in my journal.
