I love my implant. When pills and injections stopped working I didn’t hesitate to consult a surgeon. There are risks. My first implant became infected and I had to have a total of 4 revisions in a year. That’s a long story. But I consulted Dr Hakky for the “fix” and he came through. He is a phenomenal surgeon and an overall great guy.

I don’t worry about pills or carrying around shots anymore. I pump up when ready and stay that way until everyone is happy.

Do research and find a world class surgeon to consult with. Good luck.

I would find a really good doctor and talk with them and make a plan. Could be there is something that could be done without an implant that would give you good results. Neither pills nor injections did more than a little plumping for me. Gentle VED therapy may help and even restore some size loss but we are all different and I would want to have an examination by the really good doctor first. Could be with your damage a VED might not be the way to go. But then again some men including me have had good luck with it. Implant surgery is great for men like me that had only something to gain from it. But implant is different from a natural erection. Some good and some not so much. If you have nothing that works there is only the good stuff to gain. Best to look into options first. But research and question everything. Good luck going forward with this.

I would hope that a VED (Vacuum Erection Device) would slow or halt the size decrease. Thereapeutic use, not for sex. No constriction band. Just stretching the tissues.

I thought for sure it was shrinking due to ED. To preserve my sanity I let it be and didn’t try to combat it. 11 years later there has been no progressive loss of size

I thought peyronies stabilises, I've not read it causing a slow shrinking over years.

If you’re in the USA I would go see Dr Clavel in Houston or another work. Lass surgeon and specialist in the field of pyronies. Read on Clavel site about his technique to deal with pyronies. He would be the one to decide if it was time for implant or maybe even a different kind of surgery to repair it or if he suggests an implant. Either way it’s definitely time to get something done now!
