How much did it cost and what insurance do you have?

I had Blue Cross PPO. My out of pocket maximum was 2500$ but somehow i was only charged about 1200$. I never asked why they did not charge me my full out of pocket

I had this insurance through my ex-wife who works for a good pharmaceutical company and has good benefits. Also, she chose the best option available in insurance options as she has medical issues and also on my request as I could foresee me getting surgery.

Not sure about out of pocket price for Dr. Cordon. But the insurance cleared about 23000. I am not from Florida. My insurance was from Blue Cross California.
I am 40 yrs old and tried all treatments before going for an implant.
