I was really , really, really at my wit's end 2 months ago with my ED problem.

I did NOT want to do injections but I felt like I had to give it a try and the results have been life-changing for me because I no longer have to worry about getting an erection to have sex with my wife .

My erections last WAY more than 30 minutes typically somewhere between 1 hour and one and a half hours.

I use the Inject-Ease auto injector and I do not even see the needle go in to my penis. The pain is a 1 on a scale of 1 out of 10 and that pain goes away in 2 or 3 minutes.

I am very sympathetic to your situation and your feelings about injections but with Trimix there is probably 90% chance that you can solve your problem immediately.

You owe it to yourself to at least give it a try...

Until I got my dose figured out I was banging on 4 hours pretty regularly. I get 2 hours regularly and 3 hours if I want, which I don't. But whatever. I don't want to try changing your mind but I also don't want to let misleading information go unanswered.

That pretty much confirms what I said. Their assumption is that a half hour is what is normally desired. They also indicate that a larger dose, larger than ideal in their opinion, would result in a longer erection. I never wanted just a half hour as I take awhile to get off. My ideal is more like two hours and I regularly achieve that. Yes I'm generally left boned out awhile after the deed is done but that doesn't bother me.

Despite my extreme skepticism and an hour drive, I kept my appointment today to my fifth urologist, even though I knew there was no way I was scheduling a penile implant right now. And...he surprised me. He listened to me, listened to my frustrations with previous urologists, validated my skepticism of both injections and penile implants, and gave me options. And I have an ultrasound and doppler scheduled with his PA next week which will hopefully give me answers and tell me once and for all if it's really all in my head. He said we'll talk afterwards about what's next but told me that, even if I eventually end up getting a penile implant, he wants it to be because I want it, not because it's been thrust towards me.

And he pretty much confirmed what I've suspected for years: younger men often aren't taken seriously by doctors because there's often no obvious underlying physical condition that could be contributing to erectile dysfunction, so they're often written off as psychological ED and given a quick prescription because it's easier than figuring out what's actually happening. But my history of varicose veins means I should have been taken seriously.

I'm about at the point of tears that I've finally found a doctor who took me seriously, and it only took sixteen years and five urologists. But I'm finally going to get some answers, and that's really what I've always wanted.

Thanks to the people who responded with support. It meant a lot.

You seem to be in good hands now.
Remember, sometimes first Doppler test can fail because of the starting dose of Caverject/Trimix was too little. So don’t get frustrated
