Do you need to keep Trimix in the fridge though?
I'm 39 years old. Never was able to maintain my erections for more than 1 minute. Pills don't work. Had sclerotherapy by Dr. Kuehhas in Austria in 2016. Didn't work. Injections (Caverject) are the only things that gave me acceptable results.

Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

My Trimix vial is kept in the refrigerator until needed. My last vial lasted a year with no loss in strength.
Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

Yes, if traveling with compounded mono-mix I bring some method of keeping it chilled. It would vary based on the
travel method. I have a very small but thick styrofoam cooler something was shipped in that's great for car travel. A small vacuum container also works.

I use 15-20 mcg of PGE1 and it gives me erections of about 2-3 hours, but my penis isn't 100% rigid the whole time.

When you say you have an erection lasting over 4 hours, I assume it's not at 100% rigidity the entire time? If it were, wouldn't there be a risk of tissue damage or necrosis due to a lack of oxygenated blood reaching the penis for such an extended period?

Before implants I tried Caverject and to me it was too painful giving myself the injection on the side of the penis. So for me it was not worth it period. So I decided at the time to go with the three piece implant. Best decision I ever made if I wanted to continue having sex. LGX has been fantastic. I highly recommend it.
age: 75 First implant around 2001, 59 at the time. AMS 700 Ultrex
revision Dec 2016. 2ND implant 21CM, 1rte AMS 700 LGX MS pump
