How much pain should there be when cycling?

When I started I wasn’t able to get as much pumps out but as time goes by I’m able to pump it more and hold it longer with more pumps in. For cycling I’ve been going just until I feel mild discomfort that I could handle for 30 minutes and over time I’m able to get more pumps in with the same pain level. For those who have been cycling for a while, were you able to go to the max instantly or did you build up to it because of pain levels?

Yes, I did build up. As my pump got softer I moved more fluid per pump so my total pumps to max actually went down. I bet I move about twice per pump as I did early on.

I think that you might not quite understand what is happening. Yes, I pump until I can't get anymore in. I wait, move it around some. Then try to add more. Basically my view is that it will always hurt to at least some degree. If it isn't hurting, your not stretching it.

Ultimately only you can decide what your pain tolerance is & if your goal is to gain or regain size.

I made a post yesterday about my cycling progress. It might be worth checking my history & reading it.

I have a CX so my experience might differ to Titan owners. But I bet its similar.

Your signature says 2022, did you have to get a revision already?
