I also have the Titan genesis and yes it squeaks or I like to say honks or quacks!! lol. I have found if I pinch it on top of pump just below the release valve and do it gently that most of the time I can get to the 75% or so where it stops making the sound without any noise at all. It’s taken a lot of practice but hey!! I enjoy the results of the practice!! lol. It’s just part of the price I pay for having a rock hard dick!! And we’ll worth it!

I have the titan OTR pump and that also squeaks. It squeaks enough that the girl hears it. So all the differences being given between genesis and otr saying genesis creates noise whereas OTR does not are not true.
The noise only comes while inflating.

my system is the same as yours, the pump makes a slight noise when recharging, only the first 15/20 pumps are full, if I pump discreetly only I can hear them, if you pump from 0 to 35/40 pumps it is easier than they note, if you pump from 25 to 35/40 no one will notice, from 0 to 20 with absolute silence there is a very small probability that they will notice, but it is a vibration with a very slight noise that only I hear

Yes, but there is still noise. Many surgeons promote OTR pump as noise free. That is not correct is what I wanted to convey
