Has anyone ever destroyed their penis through an implant?

If you are needing talked into getting an implant you might not be ready. After someone gets implanted I havent come across a post yet where someone said, man! I wish i would have waited longer. For me and most others its, man! I wish i would have done this years ago.

I have to agree. Once you get all the issues resolved in your mind. You realize that lots of the waiting was wasted time.

It's a tough one. I've always had psychological ED, but there's only so much counselling can do.

Now with the pelvic pain it makes thing s even harder... Or softer.

I guess the concern is ruining an otherwise healthy decent sized penis somehow.

If I knew for sure it would work out OK or I Coul ldnt get hard at all I woukld jump at it.

When comfortable or alone I can get 95% hard andnfor a good length of time.

It's just this never happens anymore around a girl.

Would you say that if you use a top surgeon and follow the advice the chance of completely ruining your penis is virtually zero?

This "completely ruining your penis" is not a productive discussion. It implies that your penis won't & never will work. Until you get past that unrational fear. You'll never have a chance of getting a working penis.
This fear leads me to think you need counseling to decide what it is that you want. FT does not serve that function at all. We, as individuals, have decided what is important & taken the needed steps. FT members can't make that decision for you.

Yes sorry, I. Guess i am just looking for statistical advice on how implants done by top surgeons turn out in terms of extreme problems.

If I were turning a completely non functional or poorly functional penis into an implant it would be an easier decision.

more revisions the better chance of having issues .. plus diabetes etc .. have a friend had 2nd revision ..Dr. did such poor job never worked .. his old Dr. who did the 1st implant is not even sure they can put a new implant in it is so messed ... so the dr's skill certainly enters into the equation .. ..

I would say zero chance. 96% satisfaction rate, if your not satisfied its most likely pain was high, dick got shorter or thinner, device failed etc… all the stuff you see here. And, that includes all docs, goto one who specializes in implants and you should be good to go. Its that or give up sex, your choice.

Yeah I get that, but in. My case I'm trying to work out the risk given I can have sex but not being quite as reliable as I'd like.

If the risk of completely ruining your peniswith a top surgeon is extremely low I might consider it even if I can still have sex 80% of the time.
