Hmmm...this link says 15-20% of men develop Peyronie's from injectable ED drugs:

15 to 20% of men develop signs of Peyronie’s disease after prolonged use of penile injections for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Common signs of Peyronie’s disease include the curved penis, Peyronie’s plaque, hourglass appearance, and penile shortening.

Granted, this is a specialist that specializes in penile implants....so...take it FWIW.

Obviously, that last NIH link doesn't differentiate between those using injectable ED drugs and those who are not.
