Hmmm...this link says 15-20% of men develop Peyronie's from injectable ED drugs:

https://www.newyorkurologyspecialists.c ... shortening.

15 to 20% of men develop signs of Peyronie’s disease after prolonged use of penile injections for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Common signs of Peyronie’s disease include the curved penis, Peyronie’s plaque, hourglass appearance, and penile shortening.

Granted, this is a specialist that specializes in penile implants....so...take it FWIW.

By contrast....this link says it's rare:

https://www.ucsfhealth.org/education/pa ... injections

Are there long-term side effects to the use of injections?

There is a small risk that injections or medications used can cause or reveal scarring in the penis. This can lead to Peyronie's disease, a painful deformity of the penis caused by a build-up of plaque or scar tissue in the erectile tissue (the corpus cavernosa). However, Peyronie's Disease is relatively rare and can be treated. You can minimize the risk of developing Peyronie's disease by using correct injection technique.

And this link: https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-inform ... es-disease says:

Approximately 1 in 100 men in the United States over the age of 18 have been diagnosed with Peyronie’s disease. However, based on studies of men who reported having symptoms of Peyronie’s disease, researchers estimate that the actual number of men who have Peyronie’s disease is more than 1 in 10.2,3

The chance of developing Peyronie’s disease increases with age.1 It is less common for men in their 20s and 30s to have Peyronie’s disease.1

Obviously, that last NIH link doesn't differentiate between those using injectable ED drugs and those who are not.
