For me it's the wrinkles. I'd be fine if it was similar to a normal flaccid but bigger.... But instead, the titan is like very hard crinkled plastic pipes crunched up inside your dick. It is not pleasant to be active with or to touch

I agree @wolfpacker - I have a titan and absolutely hate it when flaccid. It feels beyond unnatural. I've only had mine since March but I've seen enough. I wish i had chosen the AMS at first. I'm scheduled to get a revision on 7/31 and get the AMS. If i have to go through surgery again, I want to do it now and get it over with. And, my deductible resets in a few months so there's that lol.

My Titan (24cm) fills great when flaccid. Also looks normal when it hangs down naturally. It's around 6.5 inches flaccid and 7.5 inches erect, also has a nice 6 inch girth. I couldn't be happier.

Any tips to get the flaccid titan to hang more naturally? I wear a suit for work and it's quite uncomfortable and can look awkward at times.

Just started perito exercises.

Really appreciate any advice.

When I deflate I press the release button and hold it while I grasp the base of my shaft. I squeeze it until i feel it deflate. Then release the button. This allows some fluid to remain in the shaft towards the glands. It adds a little weight toward the glands which causes it to hang more straight down. Try this and see what you think,

Threads like this make me really annoyed that there are no "decent" implant demonstration videos available. The few vids on YT are 60 years old 480p and basically show nothing at all.
There's so many questions a man can have about implants before being able to make a decision, a well made "hands on" or "feedback" video from an actual implant owner would help a ton...

I fail to see any value to inflation videos. Ok, some guy squeezing a hunk of flesh in his scrotum. Penis slowly rises to fully erect.

The reason those videos don't show anything is because there really isn't much to see.
