I'm not gay but maybe this will help. A few days ago my wife and I were having sex. About the time I ejaculated, my wife moaned and raised her legs up by my shoulders. I took that as a sign she was enjoying herself. :-) like I said I had already ejaculated . But with my implant, I kept thrusting until she had an orgasm. Then she climbed on top and we went again until she had another . By that time I could go again and I did. No way we could have enjoyed that afternoon as much without my implant .

Thank you to everyone for the thoughtful responses. After the initial responses, and before the thread caught a second wind over the weekend, I decided to delay the surgery. I want to feel certain and I just wasn't going to be by the 30th. About the Titan, about the surgeon, about aftercare (because I'm single), about risks (I need to ask the surgeon more questions about what happens if there's an infection, in a typical case--short of the horror story niceguy shared).

I know from the general sentiment and my private messages--which I need to respond to--that most people are happy. I think I will get the implant but it was moving too fast.

I'm sorry for the radio silence. I was embarrassed announcing that I chickened out.
