Is the Titan deflated really bad. I see most revisions go from the Titan to Ams.

So much talk on here about this. I am new to implants… to be honest I am dissapointed in both, that technology has not come up with something that is like a real penis. Soft and small, until inflated, like a balloon with options to fit the original size….

But there is not….

So first question is the size … length and girth….

If your smaller and the AMS fits you, then I think ..for me… I would like the AMS better…
But i don’t have that option as my length and girth won’t allow that. So Titan is my only choice.

Also, the Titan pump is big enough… I don’t think I would want a bigger pump.

I know they are testing a “Smart Implant” somewhere… use an app on phone to inflate / deflate or something like that. I would love that… if the implant would fit my body.

If they perfect that, I will get a revision because the worst part for me is pumping, and collapsing. — I am new, so maybe I am being a baby about it.

Bottom line…. I can’t wait to travel to asia territory… and give things a real test :)

I was so glad to have a hard dick that I never considered that I should have gone with anything else but my Titan. At first it’s hard to get used to but after a few months it’s not an issue. I completely love my titan. By 10 months it’s just a soft as I could hope and I have no issues hiding it. I can wear a loose fitting bathing suit and nothing shows unless I put a few pumps in it…..may be guilty of doing that a few times when it’s me and the wife out in the boat!! lol. I really feel it’s more of us learning that we are a shower now not a grower! It’s now just part of our anatomy! Think if you were a shower all your life than it would be very easy to get used to it! I really think it’s a perception issue more than a visual issue that we’re showing..

In the end, it’s all about the erection.

I had a Titan revision to another Titan. Tubing frayed- we went with the classic pump and hopefully more longevity.

The Titan is better for me because I am thicker, and the wider Titan cylinders preserve that for me. It is said that the Titan when inflated is harder. It’s how I look and feel to a woman in the erect state that matters, everything else means very little. I could give a rat’s ass how I look or feel in the flaccid state, and will happily accept a little bit of strange feel/dog ears for a rockin’ hard boner with thicknesses preserved…and even enhanced.

My 2 cents.

I have a titan 24+2 rtes, i have no issues with the flacid look or feel, i love it, it does have dog ears 2 of them and for my size i needed a titan, face it, it will never be perfect your penis will have a silicon insert and you can feel it no mater which one you have, i guess the titan is the most noticeable, but i am perfectly happy with it.

The two main functions of the penis

1)Urinating: perfect with the Titan inflated or deflated

2) Fucking: The only comparison I have is my pre-implant penis, the one that was given by nature. I enjoyed it before and now I do too. It fulfills its function extraordinarily, with sun, rain, snow, or wind.

There are simply new things to get used to.

Before I started having ED problems, my penis was an on/off type, before I took off my pants it was already erect, so now it's very similar (with some trick that I don't divulge to the girls, hehehe)

Nobody before or now has told me that I have an ugly or unnatural penis.

I see it as imposing, a matter of attitude, see it yourself that way, and you will think that others do it too and if not, who cares.

I don't know what sexual practices people engage in, so that couples can identify so many details that worry us about our penis.

I think there is a lot of our own insecurities.

At first, you think that everyone is going to notice or be bothered by the new lump you carry, their problem, you will learn to enjoy it and take it naturally.

Dog ears can sometimes be a bit annoying for some and can be resolved with a couple of pumps.

I don't know if it's right or wrong, only the first few months I deflated it completely, now I never deflate it completely, I think everyone should try and see how comfortable they are.

The important thing, as a colleague said, erect must be hard, and boy it is, there is nothing that cannot penetrate in the sexual aspect.

Regarding intelligent implants, we would have to see what final design is achieved, I would not want to have a battery inside my body, if it is not inside, you will need something outside that powers a pump. This is difficult to solve from the point of view of security or biosafety and usability. But surely, something will come up.

Its been about 17 months that I have my Titan. Must say that I am not exactly happy with the way flaccid feels like. It is more of an adjustment and a change of lifestyle required with it. My decision with replacement will depend on how long this one will work for. If it fails before 5 years (my own benchmark) I will try to get another Titan hoping the implant cost will be covered by Coloplast. Post 5 years, I will give a serious thought and evaluate AMS more seriously.

Minor adjustments like choice of clothing, boxers etc.
My biggest challenge is that I am a side sleeper and the implant is not v comfortable. The dog ear is prominent. I was always a grower and now with such a huge flaccid it is sometimes difficult. I am not exactly sure how AMS would be better than what I have but like I said, I will really evaluate once I reach the situation. For now I would like to forget I have an implant but it is just not possible with the current titan.

I must say I love my Titan, flaccid looks and feels great ( posted picture under the (Flaccid Photos) and I sure do love it rock hard. I pump up to about 75% for intercourse, wife cums 2 good times, then I pump it 100% (about 7.5 inches) and the the rest of the time its for me. She can take it all and she is only 5 feet and 100lbs. Also love hearing those moans.

Did I say that "I LOVE THIS THING." :) :)

I’m glad both are an available and we have a choice between the two. Yes, the Titan is more rigid, but it is also more durable. The ams is softer and more natural, but more prone to cylinder leaks.
