Re: Panicking About Titans Flat Pump
Hey guys, the revision is nowhere near the pain, bruising, swelling as the first implant, do not stress over that, what stressed me is not being able to put my dick in my wife after it failed. That was very much stress for me, couldn't get the revision quick enough. Like I said the pump wouldn't fill up a few times over the 5 yrs, just deflate a little and pump away. And by the way my tubing failed on the titan , the line going to the left tube got a hole in it, per my surgeon. When it went, it went, there was no 50% semi hard, it was done.. glad I got an LGX it seems to be just as hard with no loss of length or girth, and my surgeon removed the titan reservoir which I am thankful.

Take a breath!! Obviously it could be a leak…… however!!! A friend of mine had his implant two weeks before me and he and I both had the exact same thing happen about 12-13 months out! We have both had the same thing going on now for an additional year. There’s several others commented the same thing and it’s NOT a leak it’s simply we are maxed out with the amount of fluid that was put in resivoir. On my paperwork my surgeon used the max amount of fluid suggested on the paperwork for my size implant. I still get rock hard and it’s been 27 months since implant and 21 months since this first happened. It should become obvious over the next weeks or months if you have a leak but only time will tell. I don’t think a Dr can give you a positive answer either. If it stops getting hard you have a leak. If it continues to get hard you simply maxed out.good luck and hope you continue to stay hard at max inflation

Many thanks for sharing your experience. I hope I don’t reach to a revision stage.

An the award of BEST answer goes to you! Many thanks!
I just came from the surgeon and he literally said what you summarized here! He told me it could be a leak but we can’t tell now! I was advised to continue and go back to him if erection is gone!
I’m maxing out now but I think it’s the paranoia that is making me assume that it’s not as hard as before! I can still penetrate and will continue to observe hoping that it match your case!
Quick question, is your bulb feels like it’s running out of fluid and deformed? Did it use to be full but rigid upon maxing out? This will somehow ease the paranoiaQ
Thanks

The pump was rock hard and so was my dick. Then one day the built collapsed about half way and stayed. Within a week I could mash it really hard and it would completely collapse and wouldn’t fill up. Now after it doing this for over a year it’s easy to get it to this point. Obviously my cylinders are breaking in a bit more. At the point it stops refilling you should stop pumping for exercise. Only when needdd or if you just want to. It’s maxed

Re: Panicking About Titans Flat Pump
Here's my hunch. There are two different reasons that a pump can go flat like what you describe. Both involve running out of liquid in your reservoir, but for two different reasons.
The first is that you have a leak. There used to be plenty of liquid in your reservoir to fully inflate your implant, but now there's less liquid so you run out. If this is the cause, it will almost surely get worse and worse until you basically can't inflate at all. The leak isn't going to fix itself.
But the second reason is that your tunica (the tissue around the implant) has stretched a bit, allowing the implant to hold more fluid. There used to be enough fluid to fill it, but now that it has stretched out a bit, there isn't enough fluid to completely fill its new, larger size. If this is the case then you shouldn't have any problem. If you had a bit more fluid in your reservoir you might be able to get your cock a tiny bit more rock hard, but since many people prefer to back off a bit from max hardness, you are probably just fine. In this case, things should stay good.
I have also heard of people having trouble because of a kink in the tubing. That typically has different symptoms. In that case, you wouldn't be able to reliably inflate and deflate, with the flat pump only at full inflation.
Good luck! I'll be curious to hear what happens with you.

Many thanks for your well started reasoning and assumptions!
I honestly feels like there is too much of expertise here that Dr. can learn from! My surgeon was somehow passive and told me that my description indicates a possible leak but asked me to be optimistic and he said "maybe it's not a leak and we learn something new from you" !
I think the anxiety is making me assume that the stiffness is not as solid as it used to be prior to the flat bulb incident! I'm going to keep experimenting hoping that I dont deal with leak nor revision.
Will report the update here...
