Hy Mr_beard.
Why are you having revision? Are you facing some difficulties with implant? Another question, why are you not chosing Dr Karaman for revision?

3 days after to start cycling, damn that doesn’t sound fun at all! I’m instructed to start after 4 weeks, and no sex for 12 weeks. Hope you’re healing well, I’m still walking funny from the swollen scrotum

Hi Nixtex, hopefully your recovery will be smooth. Usually the time period for resuming sex is about 6-8 weeks, any reason why the Dr. asked you to wait for 12 weeks? Also why did Dr. Park recommend you the Titan and not the AMS? Thank you.

12 weeks because I have a curvature in my penis. Dr park wants me to exercise and bend the penis to correct so I can fit the implant properly. It was about 45 degrees before surgery, he fixed it partially during surgery to about 25 degrees, he wants the curve to be below 15 degree which will require my time and effort.
Titan was used because of my size and rigidity needed to support my curvature. He said he had to use it even tho I expressed preference for ams. I left it to his expertise.

I was shocked as well and he said i can start sex having sex at 3 weeks. I've read most stories where most wait 2-4 weeks before cycling. He explained it was very important to cycle sooner to prevent the forming of scar tissue and prevent atrophy of the penis. I'm sure there's more to it that I'm forgetting but in the world of IPP he's one of the greats so I'm following his protocol as much as my new partner will allow

Something my surgeon said to me before surgery was that medicine is more like art than an exact precise science. I guess that’s why there’s surgeons that do different approaches and give different protocols! Best to adhere to what our surgeons prescribe to us individually

Aug 19: wounds are healing and things were slowly getting better, but over the weekend I started getting bladder spasms that causes my penis to “flex” when I’m laying down or sitting down. It’s involuntary and uncontrollable, and it makes the penis hurt every time it does it. (To describe it better, it’s like the involuntary flexing of the penis when you ejaculate)
My surgeon doesn’t know exactly why it’s happening, but it could be due to the catheter that was put in last week causing my bladder to spaz.
Getting prescribed some medication tonight to try to control the symptoms and hopefully it’ll resolve itself soon… this sucks.
