Best filler for implant?

Based on recommendations from several physicians avoid unorganic fillers like pmma or silicone, there is likelyhood of imflammation and scarring and infection. The only recommended filler would be fat transfer. But it dissolves over time and is squishy.

I have a titan implant and got a silicone injection filler done. Its been a few years now and it dosnt look or feel nice. It is squishy and moves alot. Is there any good permanent fillers that are firm and dont move around?

I had fillers also and mine felt that way for a while, but it's been ten years now and I'd say most of it has settled down, is firm, although clumpy in places, harder clumps. Only uniform girth enhancer I can think of would be to have a Penuma implant done. there is one guy out there that had it done that posts on X a lot, goes by Nude Spirit (@KaeEcstatic)

i had been procrastinating on getting the fillers . its hard to find first-hand account of a year down the road with the results .
Now maybe ill wait . I'm retired in the Philippines and was going to go to korea ,where they claim they make and have the best fillers and that most are purchased from korea . i could ask the clinic /doctor about that issue , but it's kind of like asking a car salesmen if the car he is selling is good

Guys I know it's not my business, but I would stay away from that sort of thing. Many times these procedures degrade of backfire and I know from watching Youtube revision procedures that they can make revisions a little more complicated

Thanks for posting - I've been thinking about filler for a while especially seeing this product from Urofill from dr perito. i am a little concerned though since its seems very profit driven. I've been debating whether to reach out to my implant surgeon dr patel to get his thoughts on fillers with an implant.

I did send him a my chart message, just now. I'll report back on his thoughts.

I had the UROFILL from a Perito trained Urologist in Peoria and he poked my left cylinder and most of the saline solution is gone. I can get 5 pumps before it quits. It had a larger looking girth midshaft, like the filler was concentrated there mostly. I have had several injections with HA and that's the way mine appears ( a noticeable girth difference mid shaft.) It's not a problem appearance wise when it's inflated, but I can feel it when i pullout of my wife.

It looks very nice and hangs down perfect. The HA is somewhat heavy when you get a lot of injections which, I believe causes it to hang better.

Any chance you would post a picture totally inflated? What is your length and girth and what size of implant do you have?

My length is 7.25 to 7.5 inches. Girth is 6 inches. I only wanted the fillers to give me a more round and softer feel.

I worry the fat transfer will be very lumpy. I don't mind spending the money over the years.
