Diabetics with "nonresponsive" Erectile Dysfunction--anyone had luck with PT-141?

I have tried it as prescribed by a doctor.

It doesn’t do much for libido in my case - in fact I feel a little ill even from much smaller doses than prescribed - but I start to get spontaneous erections about 6-9 hours after injection. Also very strong sleep erections.

The delayed effect requires advance planning, e.g, inject at noon for sex at night. Expect to flush red as a tomato for an hour or two after injection, the effect on erections will occur later. For best effect, I would still take viagra or levitra before sex.

I stopped using it because of the ill feeling and also, on the rebound from it, I found that it was more difficult to get erections without it than normally.

Interesting. Libido isn't really an issue for me, but I don't get nocturnal nor spontaneous erections.

I really cannot figure out the timing with PT-141. Based on a previously observed effective time of 7-8 hours, I tried an overnight dose of .5mg for planned sex in the morning. 4 hours into the middle of the night, I woke up with a raging erection - enough that after one hour I applied an ice pack to make it go away. I'm the morning, my hoped-for wood was mediocre so I injected another .25mg. The erection an hour later was serviceable but not as great as the middle of the night.

My main reason for PT-141 is to improve ejaculatory response. I perceive a little help there but not as much as I hoped.

I I have been diabetic for 30 years and developed ED 12 years ago. tried PT141 several years ago which definitely increased my libido, but did nothing for my erection which left me with a lot of desire but nothing to do about it.
