Do injections lose effectiveness over time?

Injections or pills don't lose effectiveness my dear friend.

It's the fucking ED that progressively gets worser.

For at least the last 3 years, I have no erections, including while asleep. With injections it is essentially 100% success rate for me.

Between 12 and 20 units. Same prescription for last 6 years.

Papaverine Hydrochloride, Phentolamine Mesylate, and Protaglandin EI. My ratio is 30MG/1MG/20MCG per ML

From what I've read and been told it's not the Trimix that looses its effectiveness but the underlying cause(s) for your ED gets worse over time. If it's a circulatory issue, as with me, it's just more clogging of the vessels providing blood to the penis. I suppose there are cases where the Trimix lost its potency. I have been injecting Trimix for close to 15 years now at 1-2 times per week and over that time I have had to increase the dosage. Just 6 months I began injecting Quad-Mix at a low dose which has been working great.Every person is very different and the causes for ED vary...but if it's caused by poor blood flow, diabetes etc....it's usually the underlying medical condition is progressing.

I feel like that is an excuse used by doctors to evade blame and liability. The old story of blaming the patient.

Trimix definitely causes fibrosis and scar tissue in many guys, causing worse ED. Dr. Eid told me this. He is not a fan of it and he says alprostadil alone is better.

Sometimes yes. Sometimes it's also called Prostaglandin E1 or PGE1.
