Perito exercises with a malleable?
Re: Perito exercises with a malleable?
Well since they are implanted in mostly older guys with failing memories it all works ...lol
Re: Perito exercises with a malleable?
I’ve noticed a lot of young men in their 30s and 40s commenting on the Indian malleable YouTube channels. It seems like this could become one of the most lucrative specialties for physicians!
Re: Perito exercises with a malleable?
I think the young guys doing so many implant in India must be caused by diet perhaps or something in their lifestyle .. many seem to be in the same age group ..

Yes. I see many articles about India as a diabetes capital of the world. The higher population in India can skew the data. I like to look at percentages. In 2021, 9.6% of Indians had diabetes and it was 10.7% in the US. Maybe some are getting a diagnosis in their 20s? I also wonder if the diameter or blood vessels play a role. Diet and genetics are factors that cannot be ignored.

Yep I’m an Indian male in my 20s… the diameter rod was not high for me … but my penile length is very long … I suspect the corpora may be narrow as many Indian men have a thin penis … not to say we cannot be very long though

I’m not sure actually. I’m not a diabetic , I’m not even that fat and I’ve had this issue since puberty. It may be some genetics or just pure bad luck.

Re: Perito exercises with a malleable?
I was referring to the diameter of blood vessels in the heart and penis, not the diameter of the corpora or malleable implants. Our vascular system operates like a plumbing network, the narrower the vessels, the more susceptible they are to damage or blockage from metabolic issues like high blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglycerides. My local urologist (with immigrant Indian parents) treats patients from both India (IT professionals) and the US. While many of the American patients seek treatment in their 60s or 70s, often following prostate cancer, the Indian patients tend to be much younger, many newly married, with 90% of them having type 2 diabetes and getting an implant. The modern processed food crap is killing our erections and love life. Thanks to the implants.

That being said, if someone is metabolically healthy (young, with normal weight, blood pressure, lipids, and blood sugar) and still has ED, it’s likely due to poor genetics. We are blessed to have a surgical treatment with such low rates of infection.
