Plastic surgeon I talked to online said I would gain about I think he said about an inch. Told him I was going to have to get the implant and trying to get back length.
He told me to talk to the urologist to make sure it did not complicate things.
Was told the penis just flips downward while standing up.
I noticed if you watch porn most of the larger guys penis just points downward.
I figured that the implant would make it stick outward.
Like normal.
I did ask the Dr.
Urologist told it would not get any length out of having the ligaments cut.
Next time I see him I was going to ask the urologist again.
If you found out anything please let me know.
Thank you

I really doubt that you'll get any length increase. The method they use to measure you during surgery takes into account all of the available penis. Doesn't matter if its erect, hanging down or in your pelvic area. It all gets measured. Only after this measuring is your implant length selected. I think anyone telling you differently doesn't know how implants are sized.

I agree. I just want a better nicer look when I’m standing , as I’m chubby and for some reason penis retracts into body.

A brief video by Dr. Hakky where he discusses lengthening procedures. He touched on Suspensory ligament release @ 1:15....

"Hang lower and longer by 2-4 cm...."

Exactly. It looks nicer.

I would also research the potential risks or negative aspects of this intervention. The "hangs lower" seems like one hidden cost.

My major reason behind this operation was to prevent penile atrophy (malleable), most of my pleasure comes from looking at my own penis and not from sex. Just being honest LOL

Got it! I completely understand. A good doctor will walk us through all the pros and cons. Our "bro science" (LOL) research is really just to make sure we ask the right questions during those rushed 15-minute appointments at a busy clinic. :D

True ! Honestly, my only regret is not going for a Tactra or Genesis. The Tactra is much harder than the regi.

The Tactra definitely feels the most rigid, no doubt. The Rigi10 sample in the doctor's office feels axially more rigid compared to the Genesis.

But the real test is which one holds up well after 5 or 10 years, right? Just like how all new cars feel great at first, it’s how they perform long-term that truly counts. We really need long-term studies comparing all three to come to conclusions.

I came to realise Ashish videos and all these Indian surgeons measurements mean nothing. The only real measurement is the one done internally in the penis. All this hoopla about saline , measurement after the OP- none of them mean anything. You’ll get your real measurements one year post op anyway.
