When I started injections my Uro told me that I could try injecting at both 2 and 10 or 9 and 3 and pick for myself what worked best for me so don't feel like you were miss informed by him. All so the other guys are right the small insulin syringes are by far the best. good luck hope the trimix works well for you.

Now my first injection to myself. Have 30g needles and used 20 units which should be what worked well when uro gave me shot which was 0.2cc. Erect and hard in less than 15 minutes, all went well except of lasting 1 1/2 hours like my first shot from urologist it lasted 2 1/2 hours. The last hour it felt like my penis was going to explode and ached bad. Finally went down. Going to cut dose from 20 units down to 10 units. Any other suggestions ????

Yes, cut your dose in half and then work up or down as needed to find what's right. And don't be surprised if that dosage changes over time.
