Also thanks for your journey thread which was inspiring in it's detail and also showed me again, that I made the right choice in choosing Dr. Leiber to operate me.

My question: When the removed the pressure tape one day post OP my dick looked like it didn't lose any length (15 cm before ED) but no being deflated it's only 12 cm.
Coloplast Titan doesn't expand in length when inflating is what they say but for sure the penis strechtes in length when you're pumping it up to the max.
Maybe you could tell me your size difference between deflated and totally inflated.

Honestly I never really measured the length, to me the erect length looks the same as before.

Now, I’d say length is the same flaccid and erect,which makes sense since the titan does not increase length. But for sure my length is much bigger than before (flaccid).

Update Day 10 post OP:

Still got very uncomfortable pain mostly in my shaft and glans.

It's strange since there are days where I don't have pain at all for some hours straight, thinking I've turned the corner and then there are mornings like these where I'm awake at 5 am because pain's so bad.

I'm linking morning/nightly pain to disadvantegous sleeping position (fetal position) and also engorgement of the Corpus spongiosum (IPP-man's morning wood) putting pressure on the cylinders.

Rant:
Suffering from ED for 2 years being single, yearning this operation like crazy while simultaneously developing insomnia, getting depressed and being anxious the OP maybe won't succeed just to continue yearning afterwards to be finally painfree sucks big time.

What a tough a ride. Guys with caring wifes/husbands/partners be grateful you don't have to endure that shitshow all on your own.

Just relax!
Day 10p is still full in recovery, so any different movement can cause pain and discomfort.
Just some medication and drink a good coffee, relax and wait patiently for the time after the healing period, where you're gonna have great sexual life.
Since 3 years I am also single after 4 Marriages and 17 months after implant and am really enjoying my new sexual life like crazy.
Wait and be hopeful, you'll be soon starting cycling and the pain will get less and less by each day.

In my country we have also good public healthcare. I can get a heart transplant or cancer treatment for free but it is very rare that somebody gets penis implant. At least you must be very young for that.

It's really strange that they cover implants in Germany because PDE-5-Inhibitors (Sildenafil, Tadalafil etc.) and injections are NOT covered by publich health insurance despite being meds to obviously treat the exact same indication.

34, diagnose is venous leakage.
Cause is not really known. There was a minor sex accident arround the time everything started which might have contributed to the leakage but it's more than unclear.
