What is Udenafil, I've never heard of it?

Udenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor, very similar to Cialis. It is an approved ED treatment in several countries, incl. Russia and South Korea. Udenafil should be taken 30 min. before sex, the effect lasts for 24 hours.

Combination therapy may be a brilliant solution: if ED is a multifactorial condition, it makes perfect sense to combine different treatments. Several clinics are doing it.

In my case, I've been doing this for several years, with excellent results: I combine a PDE-5 inhibitor (udenafil), alpha blocker (oral phentolamine) and anxiety supplement (Seredyn), these drugs work sinergistically.

I used a selective alpha blocker which helped.. but I still think pills are average at best.
