The cost of the device is a small fraction of the total cost to get an implant. If and when it fails, you or your insurance has to pay for the other costs to get it replaced, that is standard in many industries including the marine industry where i am, for example i can have a small sensor replaced on my boat total bill $1050, of which the sensor is $50 and the labor $1000, if the sensor fails next week, the manufacture will honor the warranty and replace the $50 sensor but i have to pay the $1000 labor cost again to get it installed again.

My Rigicon rep when I had my implant done was a joke .. nice and friendly till I started asking too many questions ..when i asked for before and after photos of implants I got stonewalled by both him and the dr.
