Consulations scheduled w/Eid, Clavell, Hakky & Cordon in the next 2 months - ED for 13 years due to rogaine foam

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

So I've completed all my consultations except for Cordon -- whose office for some reason doesnt allow initial conultations to be done via phone like every other surgeon.

I had no issues with any of the surgeons - Eid, Clavell, Hakky or Perito.

For logistical (distance) reasons, likely not going with Eid or Hakky.

So its down to Perito and Clavell.

The only issue I have with Perito is this: they apparently MANDATE this concierge service (90 days of any time access to Dr Perito after the surgery is completed) and they told me last week it cost $4000.00

Not really appreciating the $4000.00 fee, as you can imagine. That would be all out of pocket onmy end.

Is this a new thing Perito is doing?

Are you sure you got that info correct? In the past the concierge service was entirely optional, and a way for Perito's practice to pull in wealthy clients and provide additional services. If it's mandated for you, I wonder if there's something specific about your case that makes him want you on that service.

I consulted with Hakky and Clavell. I'm going with Hakky because he's closer and more likely in-network with my insurance. But I would not hesitate to have either of them do surgery on me...so if you don't like Perito's pricing, Clavell if your man.
58yo Coloplast Titan implant scheduled for 10/23/2025 with Dr. Hakky. Pre-op erect measurements:

Ya. I confirmed it again with them a few days later. They said its not possible to go without this concierge service when you get the surgery approved via your health insurance. You can only go without the concierge service if you pay the surgery out of your own pocket......... .
