I suggest to overcome your anxiety when you are about to go into surgery make a list of pros and cons about having the surgery and read it. I only came up with one con, a little discomfort in the first couple of weeks thats it.

Got mine AMS 700 in July …order these underwear called “Separates” on Amazon they have a separate pouch which I found more comfortable during and after healing.
Keep a positive outlook have fun with it .
It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself …my wife …and our relation ..the first 5 weeks will drag by it did for me .. When I met at 5 weeks with my Doctor I had to be honest with him two days before my appointment me and my wife got carried away and we tried it out …I told my Doc …sorry doc I tried to wait but we thought we would just pull it out of the garage to have a look and ended up on a road trip.

I agree with Iron Horse, Separatec underwear is going great for me in post-op. There's a pouch to support your jewels, and a separate hole to put your swollen dick through to keep everything isolated. Once the nerve block during surgery wears off, your cock head will be really sensitive for awhile.

Just saw your post. Wife and I had taken a short vacation across the USA by train.

Note: a roomette on a moving Amtrak train isn’t the best place to use your implant.

Power of positive thinking. It’ll all go great. Mine did. Yeah I bruised. No I didn’t ice enough. I don’t even wear underwear except for a jock to the gym. No real pain. I didn’t take it too easy except for the rest of day after the procedure. I was sore. It took a while to get my size back but I did. My cock looks great and works even better.

When you wake up if you’re like me you’ll say “did it go okay and how much implant did you install?”

They discharged me about an hour after I got out of recovery. I insisted I could go to bathroom and urinate on my own and I think the nurses were unamused at the bandaged, wrapped erect implanted cock poking out of the hospital gown. Oh well.

Hey Dude! Only thing id say is make sure the guys done alot of infrapubic. I had a bozo do mine and it gave me some nerve damage. I had guys beforehand say dont go that rt but its supposedly easier on you. As far as the implant..Longer and fatter! Pain was about a 2.. Id do it again in the blink of an eye rt now!!
