I still have my prostate, I have no problems with anorgasmia, it's all normal that I didn't reach orgasm on Saturday night, until all the pain in my shaft disappears everything is normal, yesterday I masturbated and I reached orgasm

Anorgasmia stemming from excessive pressure on your nerves and lack of blood flow, with an IPP can be resolved by not inflating the cylinders to 100% and reducing them to 80%. With a malleable, you’re always at 100%, and if anorgasmia occurs as a result of excessive pressure from rigidity, it can’t be resolved and you're screwed. i am not inflated , i have 2 stiff rods , i have no problem with orgasms, and surgeons in usa always bad mouth malleables because they cost less ,and normally the patient does not come back for seconds if the simple implant was done right , unlike the superior ipp with revisions again and again throughout the years ,ka ching$$$
and with HA fillers , the first round needs a certain amount , if you want a touch up ,the second time it takes much less and according to dr pediro,malleables hold the HA much longer .
For me ,living in Asia i can get HA at a much lower price , the same as the implant .
i was offered a ipp in egypt at 8,550 US . at a good clinic . i could afford it , but did not want it .
personally, i cant fathom having all that hardware inside me ,and then having to have it taken out and replaced again .
each to their own though . it has its pros and hopefully for those who go that route , it is dependable .
i do still have my prostate and have zero issues with my 24/7 hard on malleable

It’s good to hear your orgasms remain robust. Loss of sensation is, frankly, scary and there’s no option for partial rigidity with MPP, such as an 80% inflation level of IPP.

I concur. Consulting a US surgeon about implant options feels akin to stepping into a Chrysler dealership and asking the salesperson which car to purchase, they’re inclined to steer you toward IPPs because it sustains the prosthetics industry and aligns with their training bias.

I’m not eager to follow the crowd until inflatable design and production are optimized under Japanese Kaizen quality control principles.

there are a few . "the driver" is one of them . He had 4 ipps in three years if i remember right, and threw in the towel with the ipps . And much prefers his malleable, as does his wife .

I would be interested in what you find in Thailand or Korea. I live in Thailand and am considering getting a malleable implant this year, thus curious about HA filler costs in this region.
