Your approach is too aggressive. And I will confess that I have been that aggressive too.
Once I settled into a routine, I asked myself: What is the utility and law of diminishing returns?
In other words, if I pump to and don’t exceed 100 mmHg, I eventually reach 6 7/8 and no more. 200 mmHg gets me to 7 1/8. 300 mmHg, 7 3/8, maybe 7 1/2.
The downside is edema and the rest as you’ve maybe experienced. So for me, I tap out at 180, this gives satisfactory results with minimal risk, discomfort, and damage.
I’m also doing traction, the clamping adds to my edema risk.
Sure looks nice seeing my D get that big though, if only
