Nocturne: I don't know about this clomid for zero T. Did a real endocrinologist or urologist prescribe this? It's a woman's fertility medicine. I'd be inclined to try the real synthetic T such as Androgel for a few months, and get T up around 600, before going into more complications.

In rare cases low T is caused by a pituitary or hypothalamus tumor. All guys with low T should have a skull MRI to check for this.
Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Thanks for the concern and message. Clomid was prescribed by my urologist, who is a great doc and pretty well known in his field. And it worked, although my T has only been above 600 maybe once or twice over the last ten years and dozen or so measurements. I’m usually in the 4-600 range.

The good thing about Clomid is it doesn’t interfere with the body’s ability to make T on its own. It just encourages the brain to tell the testes to make more T. I’d say it’s worked for me for the last decade, anyway.
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".
