Those are good responses, with mostly great outcomes. I am about 6 7/8 in. x 5 in. now, but I think I lost at least 1/4 in. both ways.
I just wished that I had had the implant earlier. I waited 7 yrs. after RP. I believe I was not fully aware of the implant or just kept thinking I was going to get back to normal.

3rd-Nut, I didn't reply as I have the 21 cm LGX, but at 6 7/8" x 5" you are well above average size. Yes it sucks to lose anything, but I think 1/4" is probably visually undetectable to the average person. I'm not sure waiting for 7 years post RP would make a lot of difference if you were doing anything for penile rehab such as VED use, injections etc. Initially I had significant size loss after RP, but eventually regained most of it after a couple of years from frequent VED use, albeit without any natural erectile function.

Yes, I do have my original LGX after almost 13 years. I did use a use a VED for about 6yrs. before, that made me larger than life during use. That I believe it helped me keep my size until I had the implant.
Because of my wife's cancer surgeries have left her with basically no vagina we have had no PIV. So, it has been only solo for the last 5 yrs, unfortunately. But, I still give it a vigorous workout.

So sorry to hear that, but it's great that you are still getting some enjoyment from the implant and it's going strong after that length of time.

Implanted in 3/26/24 with an AMS LGX 18cm w/2cm rte. Considered myself below average most of my life. Am now just over 14 mos post op. Very happy with my new size and ability even though I may only still be average at 6". I really feel larger than before. I suffered with ED for over 20+ yrs, tried pills and injections and combinations of both. Was getting extremely depressed, not being able to maintain an erection for sexual intercourse. Now it feels great to be able to maintain a hard erection for hours of sexual satisfaction.

Ive been implanted with AMS LGX 18cm with 2cm rte. They tried 3cm but didn't fit.

I'll be happy with 6, I'm just over 5 1/2 now

Did you VED after implant to help expand the cylinders? If so, please share what you did. Pump cylinders till it hurts, then use VED to assist?

Desperado, No at this stage I haven't used a VED post op. My surgeon is not keen on me doing that so I've gone with his preference for now.
I did use a VED daily and aggressively before the surgery for about 2 years, and my doc was supportive of that. Apart from regaining lost size after my prostatectomy I believe it helped allow him to implant the largest cylinders that my anatomy can take.
Yes, despite ED you can still become artificially very large inside a vacuum tube. I used to get to about 7.6 inches with very large girth pushing on the cylinder walls. I'm nowhere near that big naturally but it was fun to pretend that I might be .
So I think you are doing the right thing to prepare for your future implant, based on my own experience.
If your medical team is OK with you using a VED post implant, from what I've read most say it's best to pump it up first.
If you search the Implants forum there are a number of discussions about which technique people use after being implanted.
But I think it's always best to take your own surgeon's advice.

I think this is the ballpark size I’ll end up in. My VED and traction pump/stretch is 7” (not realistic). My SPL stretched penis length is 5-5.5 inches, not including my glans. I guess the final unknown is my proximal length. But hell, I’d be happy with anything hard at this point. Anybody want to bet an over-under?

With a competent surgeon and your own preparation you should have a high chance of recovering your original size.
They will take your proximal and distal measurements on the operating table to correctly size the cylinders.
Yes like most of us I'm sure you'll be happy with a 24/7 on demand rock hard erect dick .
I sometimes pump mine up just because I can .
