Interesting table comparing different IPPs

This table comes from a very recent article reviewing the experience so far with the Rigicon Infla 10. It answers the questions many have about the differences in diameter among the various IPPs. Some may be surprised to see that the width of the Titan implants varies for different lengths. Therefore, when you read that the Titan can expand to up to 22 mm, this only applies to implant lengths of 22 cm and above. The Infla 10 and AMS have the same deflated and inflated width at all lengths, with the AMS 700 expanding to 18 mm, and the Infla 10 expanding to 23 mm. These numbers suggest to me that for cylinder lengths up to 20 cm (21 in the case of AMS) the difference in width between the AMS and Titan is probably not very noticeable, but for longer cylinders it could be. The Infla 10 could be a suitable option for individuals who require a longer cylinder and prefer a softer feel over the Titan's harder one.

the infla ipp ,deflated @12mm , inflated @23mm , wow . my malleable rod is 13mm so one of there cylinders is almost double both of my rods together .
thats per cylinder right ? so 46mm in total .

Fascinating! 13mm rods here too. 23mm is seriously humbling. I’m not packing serious girth or blessed with a trampoline-grade tunica, but the curious little science project inside me craves atleast 3 years leasing an IPP

that is the one positive of an ipp for me is that a patient could possibly keep or regain their pre op size . But personally, i don't want to deal with the pumping and the eventual malfunction.
What i would like to see is a malleable that could be increased in size with a permanently sealed filler later or at the time of the implant .
that's my fantasy .because i think it will never happen . oh well , a guy can dream, right ?

It's not your dream and fantasy, this kind of technology exists in the medical implants business, but it would still be an IPP cause you "fill" fluid into a cylinder. The kind of technology of an malleable implant is that it's completely solid and avoids any "inflateable" parts.

I know that members debate implant girths forever. But in my mind, they miss one very important anatomical feature. What was your pre surgery flacid girth. Now that likely needs to weighed against any girth loss that ED or peyronies might have caused.

None of the IPPs will give a guy a 6" girth if he NEVER had a 6" girth. It was my experience that my 4.5/5" flacid girth WILL easily give a 6" girth with a 22cm AMS CX.

In my history you'll find me posting about stretching the tunica with aggressive cycling. I'm sorry to report the tunica doesn't appear to stretch in diameter. I've spent two years trying my best.

Yes, I know that some members report significant girth gains over their historical girth. I can't explain that. Just in my case it didn't work that way.

Any other material would be "not permanent"m in an malleable, so the medical device industry chooses those one, that at least seems to be as permanent as possible.
