Thanks! It's a miracle really, the doctor said I was probably 1 in 20 in regards to healing and recovery. Zero visible swelling, bruising or any other marks on the shaft and scrotum besides the mentioned spots on the glans which almost disappeared by now and the incision of course. I was very surprised when I went peeing the day after surgery and looked at my penis. I was expecting some swollen abomination, but instead it was just a nice sore but erect penis. Amazing work by the surgeon, but he also said that I'm simply very lucky (probably being humble though).

I'll be taught how to cycle in two weeks, hopefully I can regain some size. I'm aware that I should ignore the current size for a few months. I hope that I can go back to pre surgery length which was about 6.5 inches using a VED. I'd be happy with 6 inches too or honestly any reasonable functional size, but the 80% inflated size looked a bit small at first

Cycling might be painful in the begining, but after few weeks you won't feel pain, just take it as very important step to regain length and girth and to enjoy best sex.

Small update: Finally took a shower and removed the bandages. They were clean, according to the instructions I got I didn't have to put on a fresh one in this case. Cleaned everything and felt around my scrotum a bit for the first time, the pump shape certainly is interesting. Despite no externally visible swelling I'm sure there is some internally, so I'm guessing that it will be a bit smaller in a few weeks? Everything is looking great, the only thing visible is the incision and the stitches, according to my doctor they should dissolve in around 2 to 3 weeks. Feels good to not be stinky anymore

The only discomfort I feel at this point is when standing up or changing positions in general. The gravitational pull of the pump seems to be causing this, but I think this will also go away in time. Slept well, no pain meds.

I was deflated last Monday to 25% which gave me huge relief. Otherwise I'm healing and just waiting it out until I can use my new penis. Feeling really good now, walking 10-15k steps a day on average again. I'll meet the doctor again in three days for a checkup. I wonder if I can start cycling soon!

I visited the doctor in person yesterday and he taught me how to inflate and deflate the implant. It still is a bit uncomfortable, especially pressing the release button, but it's completely managable. I was told that I can try cycling if I like, but that it will get more and more comfortable as time passes. Incision is healing really well and I was told that I'm allowed to do very light exercise again.
