When I am 3/4 inflated I can do this with what I would call a significant but bearable discomfort. It seems to be effective.
But if I try and do this fully maxed out the pain is excruciating and quite frankly, unbearable so I don’t. I sincerely hope that the expectation is that you don’t have to try and bend a steal rod.
I just do nothing and tolerate the ‘pumped up to the max pain’ for gradually increasing periods of time.
One last query. When fully pumped up to the max it sits at about 1 o’clock. If I try and push it down to say 3 o’clock it is again very painful. Will this ease up over a period of time?
All sounds pretty good Wodjathat. My own uro taught me much the same and it does get less painful over time if you keep doing it regularly.
I've always had a banana bend and a slight curve, now worse post implant and found out it's due to PD but should resolve eventually.
I had a follow up appointment this week and he showed me a slightly different technique to help straighten everything.
He only had my implant pumped to probably 50% for the purpose of that exercise and I have to bend it down and against the curve.
I also would not be able do it fully pumped, mine is way too hard for that, I'll be doing that a reduced level of inflation.
My erection now sits at around 3 pm with a banana curve going down then it kicks back up. Working well for PIV sex.
A 1 pm erection angle sounds great to me. I've never been as steep as that, maybe around 2 pm in my youth. What was your angle pre op?
The pain does eventually reduce when you bend your dick, but you could try a cycling session or two in the shower or bath, and apply hot water which can make it easier to both tolerate and pump. I normally do that twice a day and can easily tolerate some very aggressive bending angles now.
But when I bend it I apply the pressure slowly.
