A special thanks to Dr Hakky and his team, for a job well done

Hey Masonjames, congratulations on making it to 5 years! Out of curiosity, would you mind sharing how long it took for you to adapt to your IPP implant / any hurdles you ran into along the way?

It’s great to read about guys getting mileage from their implants like you are. I’m at a decision point myself between an MPP or IPP. I also am planning on going with Hakky and have had two consultations so far. Great office and team.
Diagnosed with venous leak after having ED majority of my life. Grateful to have some answers, and considering both MPP and IPP as options.

Sorry about the delay in replying.
I didn't have a lot of adjustment issues. I went with Hakky also and you will love him as a doctor. He knows what he is doing and will give you the best results you can get.
The main issue was the icing that was required to minimize swelling and the first 6 weeks of healing. The implant took some getting use to as far as how to pump up and cycle it and how to release the pressure when finished cycling. Your dick will be a total shower after the surgery and there will be no more shrinkage, even in cold conditions. I looked semi erect for the first few months but around the six month everything relaxed and I hung at a more natural look flaccid look. i love being a shower and you will to. No worries about shrinkage at the gym or urinal. It will be impressive and no one will know you have an implant. Just looks like you are hung and that's a good thin for us men.
It seems like a natural part of me and I am 100% satisfied. I can have sex at will and stay hard even if I cum. Satisfying a partner will not bean issue. It erection will last until you release the pressure. You will be harder than you've been since you were in your early twenties
I hope I answered your questions and if I can help you in any way please let me know

Wow...celebrating 5 year survival as it's a unicorn incident...anyways hope yall longevity but don't force the doctors/companies narrative on guys who aren't at ease with living finger crossed every second.

It's not a 'unicorn situation' at all, most guys are getting over 10 years with their implants. This isn't the thread for your negativity, you've got your own thread for that. This isn't about shutting down your opinion, we've all heard it in every single thread you're involved with. Can you just let someone post something without bringing in your constant negativity.
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Congrats and happy anniversary! Thanks for being part of this community. I was implanted in March and for the year or two before, as I considered implant, your posts were always helpful.
