this post is nearly identical from one about a week ago . the op ,then went on later to say he changed his mind and does not like the mpp ,because it buckles ,so he went back to a ipp .
thats a strange coincidence.
ok not identical , but similar . the other post was by" mr nice guy". his was more indepth on how he disliked the ipp and liked the mpp .
until he flipped on both later .
so for now it 1-1 mpp versus ipp , with members who had both .

Letoman, You are being really disrespectful. You can search My user Neisseria. You Will see all My posts begining in 2013 until 2018, after the infection i never posted again , i tried to move on. As i had Both, i came back because i think it's a valuable perspective. Im not TooYoung, i think Ipp are great also, i have seen other results better than mine, without the tubes in the shaft, or with better bloodflow.
In My case, i prefer the Mpp. It's the way i feel. Justo try not to disqualify me

as i promised , i'm showing the "semirigid" state and the Erected State. You can SEE the scar of My old Titan reservoir ( the first one was done with additional inguinal incision).

Just a Standard dick, nothing impressive, but i'm really happy with the result. I hope this helps

Nah man, I promise I’m not tooyoung (though I am for having ED ). I made this account months ago but found the site layout very confusing. I just remained lurking and using Reddit. I even ended up creating three different accounts because I thought I was supposed to get an email confirmation, but I never did. So I kept trying with different email addresses. I didn’t realize I just had to wait a couple of days before being able to log in.

For the record, I’m also d_soros, D, and K_males (I've never posted anything from those profiles either). I’ve only started commenting because I’m getting my implant in a few days.

First of all, I want to thank you for posting this image. As someone who is always thinking ahead, I am constantly weighing the option of IPP vs MPP come revision. Naturally, I’m interested in the cosmetic result of these devices, and being able to see more examples of the MPP is very helpful. This is why when a new MPP recipient shows up, I’m always eager to see the result—because, with the MPP, what is frequently heard are the horror stories of length and girth loss. That is a concern which for many can be a deal breaker over the superior reliability of the malleable prosthesis.

I would say that your result looks very good! Very much like a natural penis, with excellent engorgement facilitated by the cock ring. This is another advantage of the MPP, as I was specifically instructed to NOT use a cock ring with my LGX. Have you had the opportunity to field test it yet? Any buckling? Also, does it extend straight out when angled up for use?

Doesn't the similarity of these stories tell you something about the reality of the challenges young men face?

Or at least their opinions....if you're too blind to see the logic behind them and prefer to believe fairy tales instead, like the one about a carefree young implantee with an IPP that lasts over 20 years.

That’s a fairytale, because with the current state of IPP reliability, you’ll never see one...not with Titan's tubing or any piece from AMS. Atleast what we know is not a single one showed up with a working 20 year ipp...almost the only one who touched 15 year mark is Parmenides and his second one failed after 5.5 months...so You can sense the constant russian roulette feeling when you are about to start a family or have young kids...that's bad..really bad.

You have every right to unreasonably cheerlead and asskiss, but you have no right to sabotage men who are trying to be critical or simply express their opinions and fears.

Hey buddy, so I am 52 and started out with an IPP which got infected last November. I was fitted with an MPP Rigicon and have had pretty good results though I lost length. One issue I have is lack of full engorgement. What kind of cock ring do you use and does it help with engorgement?
