I’m in the same boat and feeling really stressed. I recently had a revision surgery, just three months after my first one, to switch to a length-expanding model. My original procedure was infrapubic, and I could hardly feel any tubing - apart from the pump in my scrotum, it felt like a completely natural penis.
This revision, however, was done penoscrotally, and now I can clearly feel the tubing right where my penis connects to my scrotum. It feels unnatural, and I’m worried it might limit my penetration length. My nurse reassured me that it shouldn’t cause any issues and that the tubing can be adjusted a bit as the swelling goes down, but I can’t help feeling anxious.
If anyone has gone through something similar, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience - especially if the tubing became less noticeable over time. I’m concerned that I might need a third revision in six months.
