My surgeon told me that I can have sex any way I want, and as hard as I want. Important to know that some positions, if done incorrectly, can damage a natural penis as well as one with an implant, with reverse cowgirl ( she sits on your erection facing away from you) the one that carries the most risk. ( she accidentally bends your penis mid shaft from slamming on it, rather than having it in her vagina)

Erosion is rare from IPPs, it’s more common with Malleables because they have less give at the tips. I’m trying to think of a case where an IPP eroded through the corpora and I can’t remember one. There is one member on here with erosion into the urethra requiring a cylinder to be removed. But that’s a different circumstance and almost certainly had nothing to do with vigorous sex.

My surgery is recent. When I get to having sex again, I’ll take it slow and find out what works and doesn’t with regard to positions and aggressiveness. Just take it easy until you learn how the new normal works.

The short answer is "Oh hell yes." My wife can be extremely assertive, bordering on possessed at times (particularly when she is in control and she knows it) so I can speak to this topic with some authority I think.

Our experience over 6 years here has been that literally anything is possible, for however long you wish, for however long your cardiovascular endurance will permit, with whatever repeat frequency you choose, and in any physical configuration or nuance imaginable - and without consequence to the implant. No exaggeration.

I'm aware of the enhanced load on my dick/implant with certain activities which particulary push it (the same as an organic dick would be pushed); for us it's Amazon, Reverse Cowgirl, Anal. Each of those positions she is either fully or mostly in control. So the short answer is, "Hell yes, go be as vigorous as you like." More detailed answer, if any of this may be of help:

1. Amazon (her atop me missionary) driving her hips/pelvis in every imaginable grinding direction, and she can be quite aggressive and drive hard full strokes both in and out - she is small but plenty strong, and I am absolutely aware of the load she's putting on me. I've never had to slow her or adjust her due to any discomfort or concern on my part.

2. Reverse Cowgirl probably demands the most on my dick; she's significantly in control here and depending on how she leans forward, toward my feet, there can be a significant strain dragging my dick downward. Or round and round like a fucking windmill. Again, I'm aware, but have never in my recollection needed to adjust her for any discomfort etc. Exhaustion, yes, discomfort no.

3. Anal is another story, but related because, obviously, tight space. She has grown to like anal with some reasonable frequency, and this is, interestingly, almost purely a post-implant revelation for us both. The dynamic stresses on my dick during anal I think are primarily due to the fact that I am, by necessity, almost never fully max inflating my dick. It's (usually) just too much for her that way. So our sweet spot with anal has become me inflating to maybe 60-70% or something like that, where I am sufficiently hard to enter her (obviously with copious amounts of Uberlube). At least 3/4 of the time our anal experiences are quite gentle, deliberate, and very, very slow. No strain on me there. A minority of the time she will relax into it in a way which allows her to kind of take off more energetically and to be significantly more vigorous. When she does that...and I am at 60-70% inflation...that's been the only time I can think of where I am pretty conscious of the stresses being put on my dick. I would say it stops short of "worrying" me. It's not that exactly. But I am pretty aware. On one occasion, doggy, with me being very still but her energized, I slipped out and, on the next movement backward my dick hit her ass cheek...hard in the tips...and it was unpleasant to say the least, and unpleasant for the next day or two. Would not be excited to repeat that. But hey, risk vs reward, and I'll take that risk every single time she's on board.

Long answer, and only our experience of course, but hope this gives you some confidence in what these things are capable of. They're extraordinarily resilient.
