Hey Italian.98, welcome!
I have a Genesis. I dress like Adam Sandler....baggy and casual to keep it discreet. If I wear tights, yes, the bulge is easily noticeable.
I lost 1 cm of my pre-op stretched penile length and about 0.5 in of girth. How much girth you lose (or don't lose) depends on the degree of smooth-muscle atrophy and it’s very individual. The max diameter of most malleable rods is about 13 mm. By comparison, Titan IPP cylinders can reach roughly 21 mm and AMS 700 around 18 mm (I believe) if your anatomy allows. As malleable rods are static, the girth loss tends to mirror how much erectile tissues have atrophied or fibrosed between the implant capsule and the tunica albuginea. In contrast, an IPP when inflated is designed to fill the corpora more completely to the elastic limit of the tunica.
After sufficient atrophy, rotational play (swiveling) can develop in the long run with a malleable, but the high-volume surgeons I've consulted report that function is still preserved. It’s a subjective interplay of biology and physics! Not a universal phenomenon.
For me, axial rigidity is “adequate” for vaginal penetration and definitely not rock-hard, but sufficient. Radial stiffness feels like steel....enough to give my wifey multiple orgasms like a decent dildo. I’ve heard anecdotal reports that anal penetration is possible with lubricants. Don't take my word for it. Rigi10 and Tactra are designed to be stiffer than Genesis, though I’m not sure by what percentage. I’ve seen a study suggesting the average axial rigidity of Genesis was about 20% lower than Titan, to give you a rough idea. Good luck!
