I don't want to be a wet blanket, but i discovered that gabapentin is a notorious orgasm inhibitor. Unfortunately, I don't know what a better replacement would be.

Age 81 in 2026. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 25 min.

One side effect of my condition is that sex is out.
I have some incontinence and just don't want to put that on my wife.
She loves sex but seems fine without it (hopefully just for a while).
I've also quit drinking alcohol, and don't miss that at all.
I feel pretty much useless as of now.
I'll post an update after things settle down.

Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
